Burger King, also known as BK,[1] is an American fast food chain headquartered in Miami, Florida, founded by James McLamore and David Edgerton, which is present internationally and mainly specializes in hamburgers.
It was founded on December 4, 1954 in Miami, when two young entrepreneurs named James McLamore and David R. Edgerton opened this restaurant based on a different concept that has remained until today: "The Home of The Whopper".

Sus abuelos eran judíos polacos que huyeron de Polonia tras la invasión nazi. Tras terminar el bachillerato, estudió para maestra de guardería. Trabajó dos años con niños de guardería. Mientras tanto, empezó a estudiar teatro. Empezó los cursos de teatro con Hugo Midon (1944-2011), y también pasó varios años estudiando con Ricardo Bartis, y otros tres con Ricky Pashkus. Estudió actuación durante muchos años mientras trabajaba en otras áreas: secretaria de escuela, niñera, y vendiendo joyas una vez en un barrio. Tomó clases de baile, cursos de comedia musical, clases de acrobacia y canto (con Carlos Gianni). Trabajó en un teatro después de vender casetes en funciones de CD.

Of those who care more about a job well done than about flashes and fame. The embers of oak, holm oak, olive and vine shoots feed the fire of Asador Etxebarri, on the slopes of Mount Anboto, in the valley of Atxondo (Vizcaya), where new flavors are extracted from grilled meat, fish and vegetables.
The book includes more than 200 photographs by Mariano Herrera, a prologue by its discoverer, Rafael García Santos, and testimonials from other chefs who recognize the Etxebarri experience as "one of the best of their lives".
